Take the time to read these, or we can't accept your application.
1. You must love Sailor Moon! And/or your Otaku Senshi.:)
2. You need to have a website. I've decided that deviantart accounts will count, since the code will work on there.(Let me know if you need another exception)
3. You MUST respect the other people in this Otaku community. Please everyone just have a nice attitude and enjoy fandom! :)
4. You need to answer "Got a Light?" to the question What You'd Forget? on the form, so I know you read these few rules.
5. Your code needs to be on your main page or your clique page. If I can't find it, I can't add you.
6. I have the power to reject your application, whatever the reason; but they would probably be in your website had inappropriate content... if ya know what I mean. XD
7. If you change your information, drop me a line and let me know and I will change it for you.
